Abstract
⺠The lysosomal targeting motifs of NRAMP1 are identified and as follows. ⺠The first is the NH2-terminal 73-140 amino acids (AA) region containing TMD2. ⺠The second is the AA.263-334 region containing tyrosine-based motif 327YAPI330. ⺠The others are two internal signal peptides AA.451-483 and AA.489-522.
