Abstract
► We examine the recruitment of transcriptional co-activators during INO1 induction. ► Ino2p is required to recruit co-activators during INO1 activation. ► Both Ino80p and Snf2p remodelers contribute to the additive recruitment of Gcn5p. ► The histone acetylases are dispensable in INO1 induction.
