Abstract
⺠We examine the recruitment of transcriptional co-activators during INO1 induction. ⺠Ino2p is required to recruit co-activators during INO1 activation. ⺠Both Ino80p and Snf2p remodelers contribute to the additive recruitment of Gcn5p. ⺠The histone acetylases are dispensable in INO1 induction.
