Abstract
⺠GPAT2 protein has two transmembrane segments. ⺠The N-terminus and the C-terminus of the GPAT2 protein are exposed to the cytosol. ⺠The enzymatically active motifs I, II and III of the GPAT2 protein face the cytosol. ⺠The active motif IV of the GPAT2 protein is located within the organelle membrane.
