Abstract
⺠Radiation stimulates PTEN reexpression in NSCLC independent of p53 activation. ⺠PTEN reexpression is mediated by miR-29b overexpression. ⺠miR-29b regulates Dnmts expression in NSCLC tumor cells. ⺠Target therapy could be established by overexpressing miR-29b expression.
