Abstract
⺠Nasal Ad-FL effectively up-regulates APC function by CD11c+ DCs in mucosal tissues. ⺠Nasal Ad-FL induces Notch ligand (L)-expressing CD11c+ DCs. ⺠Notch L-expressing DCs support the induction of Th1- and Th2-type cytokine responses.
