Abstract
⺠Hybrid liposomes (HLs) consist of vesicular and micellar molecules. ⺠HLs inhibit the growth of cancer cells but not normal cells to trigger apoptosis. ⺠HLs selectively fuse and accumulate into the membranes of cancer cells. ⺠Cancer cell-membranes are more fluid than normal cell-membranes. ⺠HLs target cancer cell-membranes that have higher fluidity to trigger apoptosis.
