Abstract
⺠Sal sensitizes antimitotic drugs-treated cancer cells. ⺠Sal sensitizes them by prevention of G2 arrest and reduced cyclin D1 levels. ⺠Sal also sensitizes them by increasing DNA damage and reducing p21 level. ⺠A low concentration of Sal effectively sensitized the cancer cells to antimitotic drugs.
