Abstract
⺠We developed a novel gene selection algorithm (SVM-T-RFE). ⺠We achieved highest classification accuracy (100%) in colorectal cancer datasets. ⺠SVM-T-RFE bestowed SVM-RFE algorithm. ⺠Selected genes are associated with colorectal cancer development or metastasis.
