Abstract
⺠Psoriasin (S100A7) is a cancer biomarker that overexpression is associated with the tumor invasion and poor prognosis. ⺠Antibody phage display technology was applied to obtain binders specific for psoriasin. ⺠High affinity scFvs fragments were selected and characterized. ⺠Bivalent format of antibody fragment proved to interact with psoriasin in the cellular model. ⺠Described scFv is the first human antibody fragment specific for S100A7 obtained through phage display technology.
