Abstract
⺠The auto-inhibitory N-terminus of FOXM1c inhibits the transactivation domain of FOXM1c. ⺠Protein kinase CK2 activates FOXM1c by releasing FOXM1c from the inhibition by its N-terminus. ⺠Protein kinase A (PKA) activates FOXM1c by releasing FOXM1c from the inhibition by its N-terminus. ⺠c-Src activates FOXM1c by relieving the repression of FOXM1c by its auto-inhibitory N-terminus. ⺠Raf-1 activates FOXM1c independently of the auto-inhibitory N-terminus of FOXM1c.
