Abstract
⺠APBA3 has no effect upon the proteolytic activity of MT1-MMP. ⺠Loss of APBA3 abrogates MT1-MMP-mediated ATP production and motility. ⺠MT1-MMP dependent macrophage motility is fully dependent upon APBA3. ⺠Loss of APBA3 decreases macrophage invasion. ⺠Loss of MT1-MMP and APBA3 exhibits further decrease in invasion.
