Abstract
⺠NGF stimulation of PC12 cells stimulated PLD2 activity and neurite outgrowth. ⺠PLD2 activation and neurite outgrowth by NGF were inhibited by SB203580. ⺠MKK6-CA activated PLD2 in PC12 and N1E-115 cells. ⺠Overexpression of PLD2-WT augmented MKK6-CA-induced neurite outgrowth.
