Abstract
⺠Imipramine is a tricyclic antidepressant. ⺠Imipramine inhibited the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in U-87MG glioma cells. ⺠Imipramine stimulated autophagy, but not apoptosis. ⺠Imipramine exerts antitumor effects by inducing autophagic cell death.
