Abstract
⺠Overexpression of MsrB in the ER increases resistance to oxidative stress. ⺠The ER-targeted MsrB expression enhances cold and heat tolerance. ⺠The ER-type MsrB expression extends lifespan and delays the age-related phenotypes. ⺠MsrB in the ER plays a critical role in stress resistance and aging in Drosophila.
