Abstract
⺠According to the SPR and ITC analysis, eIF4G and 4EBP differ in their binding mode to eIF4E. ⺠The second binding site of eIF4G will be indispensable for the binding to eIF4E. ⺠The role of second eIF4E binding site of eIF4G will be different from that of 4EBP.
