Abstract

âº According to the SPR and ITC analysis, eIF4G and 4EBP differ in their binding mode to eIF4E. âº The second binding site of eIF4G will be indispensable for the binding to eIF4E. âº The role of second eIF4E binding site of eIF4G will be different from that of 4EBP.
