Abstract
⺠RhoGDI2 plays an important role for malignant progression in gastric cancer. ⺠RhoGDI2 contributes to resistance to chemotherapeutic agents such as cisplatin. ⺠PLCγ is activated by RhoGDI2 expression in gastric cancer. ⺠PLCγ plays a key role in RhoGDI2-mediated cisplatin resistance in gastric cancer cells. ⺠PLCγ is required for RhoGDI2-overexpressing gastric cancer cell invasion.
