Abstract
⺠TNFα inhibits the very early signals of 3T3-L1 adipocyte differentiation. ⺠MiR-155 represses C/EBPβ and CREB expression by directly targeting their 3ⲠUTR. ⺠Overexpression of miR-155 alone partially inhibits 3T3-L1 adipogenesis. ⺠Repression of miR-155 reduces the TNFα-induced inhibition of 3T3-L1 adipogenesis.
