Abstract
► Id1 was upregulated during the cardiac differentiation process of P19CL6 cells. ► Id1 upregulated expression of cardiac specific genes Gata4, α-MHC and ISL1. ► Id1 promoted proliferation of P19CL6 cells. ► Overexpression of Id1 increased activity of TOP flash. ► Wnt3a or LiCl treatment promoted Id1 expression in P19CL6 cells.
