Abstract
⺠The role of endothelial cells (ECs) in blood vessel regulation in response to cold temperatures is not clear. ⺠We investigated whether low temperature changes eNOS activations inside ECs. ⺠We found that low temperature alone did not change eNOS activation in ECs. ⺠However, the combination of shear stress with cold temperature does decrease eNOS activation.
