Abstract
⺠TRPM8 activation involves an approach of S3-S4 and an extension of the latter. ⺠MD runs of TRPM8 bound to agonists and antagonists confirmed these key shifts. ⺠Suitably targeted MD runs are fast enough to be repeatedly used in ligand design.
