Abstract
⺠IL-17F significantly contributes to intestinal tumorigenesis in ApcMin/+ mice. ⺠IL-17F ablation reduces IL-1β, Cox-2 and IL-17RC in polyps from ApcMin/+ mice. ⺠IL-17F deficiency does not affect IL-17A expression in the lamina propria.
