Abstract
⺠We developed a double injury model of CLP followed by Candida albicans. ⺠We characterized the changes in immune suppression following initial septic insult. ⺠Studies reveal differences in cell numbers, cytokine production, and fungal cultures. ⺠This model provides additional insight into the immune suppression seen in sepsis.
