Abstract
⺠Resveratrol increased SOD-1 and reduced GRP78/BiP in Batten disease (BD) cells. ⺠Resveratrol down-regulated the apoptosis marker proteins, such as AIF, cytochrome c, and PARP. ⺠We identified resveratrol was protective against oxidative stress and apoptosis in BD cells.
