Abstract
► We previously reported the novel targeted “hybrid peptide”. ► We generated a novel peptide, Sema3A-lytic hybrid peptide. ► This peptide had cytotoxic activity against NRP1-positive pancreatic cancer cells. ► In addition, this peptide did not affect the viability of normal cells in vitro. ► Hybrid peptide might provide a selective anticancer therapy to cancer patients.
