Abstract
⺠Crocetin inhibited fibril formation of beta-amyloid (Aβ). ⺠Crocetin destabilized pre-formed Aβ fibrils. ⺠Crocetin caused stabilization of Aβ oligomers. ⺠Crocetin prevented conversion of Aβ oligomers into Aβ fibrils.
