Abstract
⺠PLCε is required for TNFα-induced CCL2 expression in human keratinocytes. ⺠NF-κB pathway is essential for TNFα-induced CCL2 expression in human keratinocytes. ⺠PLCε constitutes a signaling pathway distinct from the NF-κB pathway. ⺠PLCε pathway cooperates with the NF-κB pathway to induce CCL2 expression.
