Abstract
⺠Nerve transection increased Notch signaling in paralyzed muscle. ⺠Nandrolone prevented denervation-induced Notch signaling. ⺠Nandrolone induced the expression of an inhibitor of the Notch signaling, Numb. ⺠Reduction of denervation-induced Notch signaling by nandrolone is likely through upregulation of Numb.
