Abstract
⺠Chitosan-collagen-hyaluronic acid tripolymer coating enhanced mineralization. ⺠Chitosan-collagen (1:1) plate layered with hyaluronic acid had highest calcium. ⺠Surface modification method of coating is more effective than polyblend method. ⺠Mineralization is stringently controlled by the mixing ratio and method of coating. ⺠A prospective biomimetic surface coating to improve osteoconductivity of implants.
