Abstract

âº Anti-diabetic new drug, DPP-4 inhibitor, can affect the insulin exocytosis. âº DPP-4 inhibitor treatment altered syntaxin 1 expression. âº Treatment of db/db mice with DPP-4 inhibitor increased insulin release.
