Abstract
⺠Depsipeptide induces apoptosis in prostate cancer cells. ⺠Hypermethylated GSTP1 promoter is associated with repressive histone pattern. ⺠Depsipeptide reverses DNA methylation and reduces repressive histone modifications. ⺠Depsipeptide induces GSTP1 re-expression.
