Abstract
⺠Successfully selected specific PreS1-interacting peptides by using phage displayed library. ⺠Alignment of the positive phage clones revealed a consensus PreS1 binding motif. ⺠A highly enriched peptide named P7 had a strong binding ability for PreS1. ⺠P7 could block PreS1 attachment.
