Abstract
⺠This prospective study investigated gene expression in progress of diabetes in human. ⺠ATP6V1H in peripheral blood decreased with progression from pre-diabetes to diabetes. ⺠This observation casts new light on the mechanisms involved in diabetes and its complications.
