Abstract
⺠We explore the role of RhoA in endothelial cell response to ionizing radiation. ⺠RhoA is rapidly activated by single high-dose of radiation. ⺠Radiation leads to RhoA/ROCK-dependent actin cytoskeleton remodeling. ⺠Radiation-induced apoptosis does not require the RhoA/ROCK pathway. ⺠Radiation-induced alteration of endothelial adhesion and migration requires RhoA/ROCK.
