Abstract
► Cilostazol reduces MCP-1-induced chemotaxis of monocytes in a cAMP- dependent manner. ► Cilostazol inhibits the CCR2 gene expression through the intracellular accumulation of cAMP. ► Cilostazol reduces the activation of p44/42 and p38 MAPK in monocytes by MCP-1. ► Cilostazol inhibits the MCP-1-enhanced adhesion of monocytes to endothelial cells.
