Abstract
⺠Cilostazol reduces MCP-1-induced chemotaxis of monocytes in a cAMP- dependent manner. ⺠Cilostazol inhibits the CCR2 gene expression through the intracellular accumulation of cAMP. ⺠Cilostazol reduces the activation of p44/42 and p38 MAPK in monocytes by MCP-1. ⺠Cilostazol inhibits the MCP-1-enhanced adhesion of monocytes to endothelial cells.
