Abstract
⺠Cyp2c29 and Cyp2d22 expressions recovered on PVLA among CYP genes in hepatocytes. ⺠Moreover, spheroid formation more recovered mRNA expressions of Cyp2c29 and Cyp2d22. ⺠Mrp2 was accumulated at intracellular lumen in spheroid of hepatocytes on PVLA.
