Abstract
⺠This article described the effects of the EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor on the cell proliferation and the apoptosis induction of the colon carcinoma cell lines. ⺠Demonstrated that 326474 is a more potent EGFR inhibitor on colon cancer cells than other three TKIs. ⺠It can be important when considering chemotherapy for colonic cancer patients.
