Abstract
⺠We investigated the effects of Syk on osteoblastic differentiation. ⺠Syk inhibitors stimulated osteoblastic differentiation in MC3T3-E1 and ST2 cells. ⺠Knockdown of Syk using RNA interference also stimulated osteoblastic differentiation. ⺠Syk inhibitor and knockdown of Syk suppressed phosphorylation of MAPK and PKCα.
