Abstract
⺠Suppression of PMCA2 or PMCA3 slows down proliferation of GH3 cells. ⺠PMCA2 suppression lowers the activity of GABA-shunt enzymes. ⺠PMCA3 suppression increases the expression of glutamate decarboxylase 65. ⺠PMCA2 and PMCA3 function appears to be linked to regulation of GABA metabolism.
