Abstract
⺠Successful ultrasound-mediated transfection of melanoma (C32) cells with IFN-β genes both in vitro and in vivo. ⺠Ultrasound-mediated IFN-β transfection inhibited proliferation of melanoma cells in vitro. ⺠Ultrasound-mediated IFN-β transfection inhibited melanoma tumor growth in vivo.
