Abstract
⺠2-Decylamino-DMNQ inhibited PDGF-BB-induced VSMC proliferation in a dose-dependent manner with no apparent cytotoxicity. ⺠2-Decylamino-DMNQ inhibited PDGF-BB-induced phosphorylation of Erk1/2 and PLCγ1. ⺠2-Decylamino-DMNQ arrested a G0/G1 cell cycle progression in association with pRb phosphorylation and PCNA expression. ⺠Both U0126, an Erk inhibitor, and U73122, a PLCγ inhibitor, arrested a G0/G1 phase of the cell cycle.
