Abstract
⺠We recently developed a new cell line-derived HCV drug assay system. ⺠We recently developed a new HCV strain-derived HCV drug assay system. ⺠We evaluated 26 anti-HCV reagents reported to date using these assay systems. ⺠Anti-HCV activities of reagents differed among the used cell lines or HCV strains. ⺠Objective evaluation of anti-HCV reagents needs plural assay systems.
