Abstract
⺠Human genes were screened that were drastically changed by the complete adipogenic induction cocktail, but not by the individual components. ⺠The resultant 12 genes showed different kinetic profiles of expression levels during adipogenesis of human mesenchymal stem cells. ⺠These genes are potentially regulated cooperatively by at least two different signaling pathways. ⺠This study identified candidates of novel adipogenic regulators that mediate cross-talks of multiple adipogenic pathways.
