Abstract
⺠We isolated zebrafish nrdp1 and analyzed the expression pattern. ⺠nrdp1 is expressed in the neural crest cells, and nervous system. ⺠Knockdown of nrdp1 perturbs pigmentation process during embryogenesis. ⺠nrdp1 Regulates differentiation of the melanocyte lineage by modulating an Erbb signaling component, Erbb3b in zebrafish.
