Abstract
⺠We expressed six human and eight plant aquaporin genes in oocytes. ⺠We compared the permeability of aquaporins in different kinds of mineral water. ⺠We measured AQP levels and NK cell activity before and after consumption of water. ⺠Hita tenryosui water could activate human NK cell activity. ⺠Consumption of this mineral water can potentially improve human health.
