Abstract
⺠TopIn activates p53-dependent transcription in colon cancer cells. ⺠TopIn induces apoptosis in colon cancer cells. ⺠TopIn selectively inhibits topoisomerase I activity. ⺠TopIn does not affect the activity of BCRP and MDR-1.
