Abstract
⺠The identification of ARHGAP30, a novel RhoGAP. ⺠ARHGAP30 and the related protein CdGAP bind the Rho GTPase member Wrch-1. ⺠ARHGAP30 is a RhoGAP specific for RhoA and Rac1. ⺠ARHGAP30 is involved in regulation of cell adhesion and actin reorganization.
