Abstract
⺠All three capsid proteins can be expressed in insect cells in baculovirus expression system. ⺠All three recombinant proteins were spontaneously self-assemble into virus-like particles whose size and appearance were similar to those of native purified GPV virions. ⺠The immunogenicity of GPV-VLPs was better than commercial inactivated vaccine and attenuated vaccine.
