Abstract
► Loss of TPPP/p25-positive oligodendrocytes in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). ► Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples of MS patients were analyzed by Western blot. ► TPPP/p25 levels in CSF from MS patients were higher than those from non-MS ones. ► The enrichment of TPPP/p25 was independent of age or gender. ► TPPP/p25 in human CSF can become diagnostic marker for MS.
