Abstract
⺠VEGFR2 receptor tyrosine kinase undergoes constitutive recycling between the plasma membrane and endosomes. ⺠VEGFR2-EGFP expression in non-vascular cells resembles endogenous VEGFR2 distribution in vascular cells. ⺠VEGFR2-EGFP mobility is reduced by â¼30% upon ligand stimulation. ⺠TIRF microscopy shows VEGFR2-EGFP recycling rapidly between the plasma membrane and peripheral endosomes.
