Abstract
⺠A novel PKCδ isoform, named PKCδIX, that lacks the C1 domain and the ATP-binding site is ubiquitously expressed. ⺠PKCδIX inhibits etoposide-induced apoptosis. ⺠PKCδIX may function as an endogenous dominant negative isoform for PKCδ.
